Since 1997 I have been associated with Herrmann International as an assessor and trainer for the Hermmann Brain Dominance Instrument, an assessment tool developed by the late Ned Herrmann. Herrmann International operates throughout the world and is used most extensively by large multinational companies with diverse work forces. One of its distinctive advantages is it focus on mental diversity as opposed to cultural diversity. I have written about the Herrmann model extensively and you can find out more about it here.
