We all need a few from our constant barrage of political information. I did enjoy an article in Wired where the writer put herself on the Trump media diet to see what the world looked like – but it made her both scared and crazy.
So instead – you can look on the bright side. I’ve been re-reading Rick Horvath’s books on strategy and one of his suggestions is to take the decades of your life and review what energized and excited you through them – (I had more decades to cover than he did). This reminds one of the important themes throughout our lives – the things we do and love best. Returning to them can put us on better paths as we allocate our energies and time.
